Room 1:

1 King size bed and 1 single bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, drawers, writing desk.
Air-condition (warm and cold).
Big balcony on the garden with table and chairs for having breakfast and relax.

Room 2:

2 single beds and 1 more on request.

Room 3 (Suite):

Large bedroom ‘Suite’ for 3 people, consisting of a double bed plus an outsize single bed. There are: bedside tables, sitting area with armchairs, large dresser with chest of drawers and mirror. The suite has air conditioning (hot and cold air). The room offers guests the opportunity to access a relaxing small terrace with a ‘clothes horse’.

Bathroom:

Big Shower, lavatory, wash basin and bidet.
Central Heating.

Breakfast:

Great breakfast, typical Italian food from Umbrian countryside.
It will be served outside on balcony during Spring and in the Summer and to the kitchen during Winter season.

Garden:

More than 1 hectare where it will be possible have a walk, relax, reading a book in the shade of a tree, visit the fishes pool.

Swimming Pool:

You can use the swimming pool from June to September.
You will be able to sunbath, relax, have a swim or a plunge.
There is also a tennis-table, a beach volley playground and a pin table,
The barbecue can be used for cooking and have a nice dinner inthe garden-
